JUDGMENT : 1. These Special Leave Petitions are ordered to be listed for hearing after six weeks and they will be listed soon after re- opening of the court. 2. I.A. Nos. 1-2 are not pressed for the present. 3. Learned Attorney General has stated before us that the Central Government proposes to exercise its powers under Section 4(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act. I.A. Nos. 3-4 are disposed of accordingly.
