ORDER : 1. Adjourned for six weeks. 2. Shri Arun Jaitely, learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent states that the respondent has now proceeded to USA for medical treatment. If for any reason he returns to India during this period then he shall inform the Enforcement Directorate and also to the Registrar of this Court about his arrival. He also states that whatever information is required by the Enforcement Directorate shall be supplied within four weeks from today.
