JUDGMENT 1. - Heard Shri Chaitanya Gehlot. 2. All that the petitioner desires by this petition Os. 482 Cr.P.C. is that a fair investigation should be conducted in the complaint she has made to the police against her husband and in laws. Instead of calling for a report from the police it would be appropriate to dispose of this petition by directing that if a written complaint is made in this behalf by the petitioner to the Supdt. of Police District Churu he shall go into the grievances of the petitioner and take necessary steps for a fair investigation into her allegations made in FIR No. 277/97 under sections 406, 498A IPC lodged in Police Station Kotwali Churu. The petitioner shall place a certified copy of this order before the Supdt. of Police Churu. The petition is disposed of.Petition disposed of. *******
