JUDGMENT 1. - Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner(s) and the learned PP for the State. 2. After going through the Cha Ian papers, the contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is difficult to be brushed aside, presently not medical evidence and so also chemical examination does not show that it was a case of homicidal death and not a natural death. 3. Without entering into the merits of the case and having regard to all the facts and circumstances of the case. I accept this petition and it is ordered that the petitioner(s) shall be released on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/-and one surety bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- to the satisfaction of the Court for his appearance before the Court on the next date of hearing and on all subsequent dates whenever called upon to do so till the final disposal of the case.Bail application allowed. *******
