JUDGMENT 1. - Heard and considered. 2. Without entering into the merits of the case, accused-petitioner is lady who is being prosecuted for alleged commission of murder of her own husband, who appeared to be drunkard and besides, the petitioner is having two minor daughters there being nobody to look after them, therefore, it is just and proper to grant bail to the petitioner. 3. Accordingly, this petition is accepted and it is ordered that in case petitioner(s) furnishes personal bonds in the sums of Rs. 10,000 /- with surety bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court, undertaking to appear before it and any other Court to which the case stands transferred subsequently, as and when ordered /required to, he/they shall be released on bail provided no longer required in any other case.Bail application allowed. *******
