JUDGMENT Returns have been filed by all the respondents. Respondents 1 and 2 in their return have stated that on their enquiries made, out of the respondents, none was found preparing any garland containing the currency notes. The other respondents have also denied the use of currency notes in the garlands. Considering the facts and circumstances, we dispose of this petition with a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to keep constant watch so that the currency is not misused in preparing garlands on the occasions of marriages and other occasions. With the above direction, this petition is finally disposed of. Let a typed copy of this order be furnished to Shri. K.B. Chaturvedi, Govt. Advocate.
