On the ground of young age the applicant may be released on bail. 3. Let applicant Mahesh Kumar Verma, involved in Crime No. 67 of 1998 under Section 376, IPC of P. S. Gosainganj, District Faizabad be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond of Rs. 8,000/- (Rupees eight thousand) and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Faizabad. Bail granted. .
