JUDGMENT : 1. In response to the directions contained in the order dated April 3, 1998 affidavits have been filed by S/Shri R.S. Verma, Chief Secretary to the Government of Haryana, B.K. Panigrahi, District Magistrate, Faridabad and Vijai Vardhan, Joint Secretary to the Government of Haryana explaining the position. The three contemnors are also personally present in the Court today. Since the time available for the Court to deal with the matters is not sufficient, the matters are adjourned till after vacation. The personal presence of the three alleged contemnors is dispensed with.
