JUDGMENT 1. - Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the papers made available to me on record. 2. Mr. Gupta, submits that the name of Moti Ram, does not figure in the parcha bayan recorded on the same day on the basis of which FIR was recorded. All the other witnesses namely; Tikaram, Dhularam and Shravan, reached soon after t4e occurrence but they do not disclose the name of the petitioner. The statement of Hanuman, is also vague in this respect. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor and the learned counsel for the complainant opposed the bail-application on the ground that the petitioner hired a jeep with Prppu and went to the place of occurrence. 4. Taking into consideration the over all facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to release the accused petitioner on bail.It is, therefore, ordered that the accused-petitioner namely; Dharmesh Kumar son of Shri Jodha Ram Jat, R/o Bari, P.S. Raghunathpura, Sikar, shall be released on bail; provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- together with two sureties in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- each to the satisfaction of learned trial Court, for his appearance before that Court on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so till the completion of trial of the case.Bail application allowed. *******
