JUDGMENT : 1. The further hearing of this case is adjourned to 8.6.1998. We direct the Delhi Vidyut Board to see that electric power is supplied to N.D.M.C. for the purpose of A.I.I.M.S. at 33 K.V. and in any case at 31 K.V. The Delhi Vidyut Board shall also take steps to install an additional transformers forthwith. The N.D.M.C. is directed to install sufficient Capacitors for the purpose of seeing that the voltage is improved to the desired level. We also direct the Chief Engineers of the Delhi Vidyut Board, N.D.M.C. and the concerned officers of A.I.I.M.S. to meet today and sort out their problems and let this Court know on 8.6.98 what progress has been made by them till that date.
