ORDER : In the order passed by us on 10.6.1998 the statement made by Additional General Manager, Mr. R.B. Misra has been wrongly included. In the order as typed out, only the last paragraph sets out the order passed by us. The office is directed to correct the order accordingly. 2. Pursuant to the suggestions made and the directions given by this Court two meetings were held by the Secretary (Power), Govt, of India on 10.6.1998 and 11.6.1998. In those two meetings certain decisions have been taken. The learned counsel appearing for the Union of India, Ministry of Power, has placed on record the decisions taken in those two meetings. Having gone through these I decisions, we direct the parties to the said decisions to implement them as early as possible. As regards the decision contained in paragraph 5(1) of the recorded notes of 11.6.1998, we direct that the said decision shall be implemented within a week from today. & With this directions, further hearing of this matter is adjourned to 3rd week of July, 1998. The Ministry of Power of the Union of India and the Delhi Vidyut Board are directed to file their reports about the progress made by them during that period.
