JUDGMENT : 1. A sum of Rs. 56,611/- be paid to Shri in a fixed deposit for a period of one year in Siraj Sait, Advocate Commissioner and the a Nationalised Bank. The further order for remaining amount of Rs. 3,90,000/- be kept its utilisation would be made later.
