Directions issued by this court on 7.1.1998 to various States and Union Territories to file their response to the questionnaire have not evoked response from the States/U.Ts. of Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Punjab, Tamil Nadu, Tripura, U.P., National Capitable Territory of Delhi, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Chandigarh and Pondicherry. 2. Learned counsel appearing for defaulting States/U.Ts. pray for and granted four weeks time to file their response to the questionnaire. This shall be treated at the final opportunity for doing the needful. I.A. No. 276. 3.
