JUDGMENT 1. - Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor. 2. Co-accused Raju has been released on bail..The case of the petitioner is similar to the case of the co-accused Raju,The petitioner is also entitled to be released on bail.Taking into consideration all the facts and circumstances of the case, the petition is allowed. It is ordered that the petitioner Sampat @ Sampat Lal S/o Hiralal shall be released on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of Rs. 5,000/- (Rs. Five Thousand) each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl.
