JUDGMENT This is an application for bail under Section 439 Cr. P.C. It is concerned with crime No. 52/98 of Police Station Batauli District Sarguja. Arguments heard. The applicant has been arrested in connection with the offences under section 366, 368 and 376 IPC. It is submitted on behalf of applicant Sanand Ram that he has married with prosecutrix Bifni Ekka. A copy of the affidavit of the prosecutrix has been filed. Considering the nature of the alleged offence, the character of the evidence to support it and the facts and circumstances of the case, it would be in the interest of justice to allow this application. It is directed that applicant Sanand Ram shall be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of C.J .M., Sarguja. A copy of this order be sent to him.
