JUDGMENT : 1. Mr. Parasaran, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the plaintiff-State of Tamil Nadu suggests that since Scheme under Section 6A of the Inter-State Water Disputes Act, 1956 (33 of 1956) has been notified on August It, 1998, a copy whereof has been placed on the file. The Suit may be disposed of in light thereof. The respective learned counsel appearing for the other three States have no objection. Likewise, the Attorney General has no objection. The Suit would stand disposed of accordingly with no order as to costs.
