JUDGMENT 1. - The learned counsel for the petitioners Mr. Rastogi does not press this bail application qua the petitioners No. 1, 3 and 4, at this stage. 2. Hence, the bail application is dismissed qua the petitioners No. 1 Udairara, No. 3 Prabhu and No. 4 Chhoga, at this stage, with liberty to file a fresh bail application after the charge-sheet is filed. 3. For the rest of the accused-petitioners No. 2 and 5, Mr. Rastogi submits that their names were not even mentioned in the FIR. He also submitted that four remaining ladies accused have already been released on bail. This fact is not disputed by the learned Public Prosecutor Mr. Vyas. 4. In view of the above, the bail application of the accused-petitioners No. 2 Ram Chandra and No. 5 Suriya alias Surajmal is allowed and it is ordered that they may be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 5,000 /- (Rs. five thousand only) with one surety in the like amount each to the satisfaction of the trial Court for their appearance before that Court on each and every date of hearing and whenever called upon to do so till the trial is over. The petitioners shall not try to give any threat to the prosecution witnesses and shall also not try to tamper with the evidence.Bail application allowed. *******
