JUDGMENT 1. - Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The accused is hardly 20 years old. He has been arrested for offence under section 302 r/w Section 34, IPC. Co-accused Gyana Ram, father of the present accused, is already released on bail whereas this accused is in jail since last 13 months. 3. Without going to the merits of the case and expressing any opinion in the matter, I think it just and proper to release the accused on bail. Accordingly, this application is allowed and the applicant Bhera Ram S/o Gyana Ram Nayak is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond of Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees two thousand) and furnishing one surety in the like amount of Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees two thousand) to the satisfaction of the trial Court for his appearance before the Court on each and every date of hearing and whenever called upon to do so till completion of the trial. He shall not try to influence the witnesses during the trial.Bail application allowed. *******
