JUDGMENT 1. - Heard. After getting the case registered against the applicant and others for offence under section 498-A, 304-B and 201 IPC at P.S. Manpur, Distt.
Dausa, shall be released on bail on his furnishing two sureties in the amount of Rs. 5,000/- each with personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- to the satisfaction of the Officer arresting him and shall observe the following conditions : (i) that the applicant shall make himself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required; (ii) that the applicant shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer; (iii) that the applicant shall not leave India without the previous permission of the Court. This order shall remain in force till the expiry of one month after the submission of the charge-sheet, if any, against him. During the meanwhile, the applicant may appear before the Court concerned and pray for regular bail there. *******
