( 1 ) THE vires of Section 25-O of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, as amended, is on the anvil of scrutiny in this case. As this very question is referred to the Constitution Bench by an order of a Bench of two learned judges of this Court dated 28-8-1996 in Civil Appeal No. 3455 of 1990, we deem it fit to direct that this appeal may also be tagged on with Civil Appeal no. 3455 of 1990 and other connected matters pending before the constitution Bench.
