JUDGMENT : 1. Put up on Monday (20.9.1999) at 2.00 P.M. along with the I.A. filed by the Agra Iron Founder's Association. 2. The order dated 31.8.1999 shall not be implemented till 20.9.1999, the next date of hearing. However, it is made clear that the industries which have already been closed down will not start operating.
