JUDGMENT : 1. The report has not been submitted by the District Judge. The District Judge has sought for extension of time by three months for the purpose. We grant his prayer. The District Judge shall be informed that this is the final opportunity and that he must complete the enquiry, failing which the Court may have to pass adverse orders against dereliction.
