JUDGMENT : - R.P. Misra, J. Heard learned counsel for the parties. The impugned orders dated 11-7-91, 14-3-90 and 25-6-91 passed by respondents 1, 2 and 3 respectively contained in Annexures 7, 5 and 6 to the writ petition are quashed. The petitioner is directed to be impleaded as one of the defendants in the suit and the suit itself is directed to be decided expeditiously preferably within six months from the date of filing of the certified copy of the order. The writ petition is partly allowed. Petition partly allowed.
