JUDGMENT 1. - Having failed to comply with the order passed in the second appeal on 3.7.1999 the appellants have moved this misc. application under section 148 CPC for extension of time to comply with the order passed by this Court on 3.7.1999. 2. Having heard the learned counsel for the appellant and having perused the application I am objectively satisfied that for compelling reasons disclosed in the application the appellants could not comply with the order dated 3.7.1999 within the time granted, therefore, a case is made out to extend the time to the judgment debtors so that they can comply with the order dated 3.7.1999. Accordingly, the judgment debtors are granted further two weeks time from today to comply with the order passed by this Court in second appeal on 3.7.1999. It is made clear that no further time will be extended on any ground. With the aforesaid observation the application for extension of time moved under section 148 CPC by judgment debtors is finally disposed of.Application disposed of. *******
