JUDGMENT 1. - Perused the orders passed by both the courts below. I am of the opinion that the learned trial court as well as the learned appellate court has committed no jurisdictional error in granting the temporary injunction under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 CPC and if the orders impugned are allowed to stand it would neither occasion failure of justice nor cause any irreparable injury to the revisionist. 2. At this stage, it is strenuously urges by learned counsel for the revisionist Mr. Khatri that since in the present case, mandatory injunction has been issued against the defendant revisionist, therefore, the suit deres to be decided expeditiously. There is substance in the aforesaid argument of learned counsel for the revisionist and the learned trial court is directed to decide the suit expeditiously, preferably within one year from today. 3. With the aforesaid observation, the instant revision petition is hereby dismissed in limine.Revision dismissed in limine. *******
