JUDGMENT 1. - The application for interim bail is filed on the ground that applicant's sister namely Gudiya (Rekha) is going to be married on 19.11.1999. The applicant is only brother and the father of applicant has expired. Thus there is no other male member in the family to perform the essential marriage rites. Under these circumstances we are of the view that the applicant-Krishan Kant son of Shri Chand Sharma be released today on interim bail for seven days on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of rupees ten thousand with two sureties of rupees five thousand each to the satisfaction of the Deputy Registrar (Judi.) of this Court. The applicant shall surrender before the jail authorities on or before 25.11.1999. Release order be given dasti.Application allowed. *******
