B. K. RATHI, J. Heard Sri Rajesh Kumar Gupta, learned Counsel for the petitioners and the A. G. A. 2. Pappu alias Umesh Sonkar is an accused in a murder trial in Crime No. 287 of 1999, under Sections 147,148,149,302 and 307, IPC, Police Station George Town, District Allahabad. 3. Petitioner No. 1 is the father and petitioners No. 2 and 3 are real brothers. It is contended that the proceedings have been issued under Section 82-83, Cr PC against Pappu alias Umesh Sonkar. It is further contended that the property of petitioner No. 1 cannot be attached. 4. This petition is disposed of finally with the direction that in the proceedings under Section 82-83, Cr PC issued against Pappu alias Umesh Sonkar, the property of the petitioners shall not be attached and the petitioner shall not be harassed by the opposite parties. Petition disposed of. .
