JUDGMENT 1. - Issue notice to the learned P.P. Learned P.P. accepts notice. 2. It is accepted position of law that the documents as required under Section 207, Cr.P.C. are to be provided to the accused persons free of cost. If in the paper book submitted under Section 173, Cr.P.C. any document is missing or is not readable, the accused is at liberty to ask for copy of the same and it is the duty of the Court that the accused be furnished with complete set of legible documents. I have perused the order of the learned Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division) and Judicial Magistrate No. 9, Jaipur City. The reasons given by him for rejecting the application cannot be sustained. It is the right of the accused to be furnished with complete set of legible documents. If any document is missing, that can be furnished by the learned Magistrate and the State shall take all possible steps to get the documents furnished to the accused. 3. With the abovesaid observations, the Misc. Petition is allowed with a direction to the learned Magistrate to make arrangements for supplying required documents through the agency of the prosecution on the next date of hearing fixed by the Trial Court or any other date convenient to the Court.Petition allowed. *******
