As required under the related provisions of law under Chapter XXXIIA CPC, this Court make an endeavour to settle the dispute and the differences amongst the parties. The case is taken up by this Court in camera in presence of the children of the parties, namely (i) Margaret Malsawmkimi, (ii) Churchill Lalchamliana, and (iii) David Vanlalhruaia. This Court also took the assistance of Smti Margaret Lalringsangi as a welfare expert for such settlement and for promoting the welfare of the family of the parties in the days and years to come. At last, the parties had agreed to settle the matter amicably after long span of 23 years. This Court expressed its happiness inasmuch as the long standing dispute and differences between a husband and wife on this beautiful earth had been settled today. This Court further hope and trust that the parties shall have a very beautiful and adorable-lives on this earth even though Smti Sangkungi expressed that she had no such beautiful life in the past, but, I hope and trust that from today onward, Shri Thantluanga Zadeng shall take care of Smti Sangkungi and apart form it, their children who are present before this Court have assured that they will take care of their mother. Further, this Court expressed its happiness to the commitment made by the children of the parties, namely (i) Margaret Malsawmkimi, (ii) Churchill Lalchamliana and (iii) David Vanlalhruaia. 2. It is the duty of the Court to make an effort for settlement and to assist the parties in arriving at a settlement with regard to their differences particularly, the family dispute between the parties. Now by the grace of the Almighty God, a settlement has been arrived today. I praise and worship to my Almighty God that a long pending dispute and differences between the parties had been settled today on my initiation. Once again, I praise and pray to my Almighty God for enabling me to settle the dispute between the parties as a Judge of this Court and, I hope and trust that the parties shall lead a peaceful and happy life in the days and years to come. Accordingly, this case is hereby closed forever. Fcr the assistance so far rendered by Smti Margaret Lalrinsangi, a sum of Rs. Accordingly, this case is hereby closed forever. Fcr the assistance so far rendered by Smti Margaret Lalrinsangi, a sum of Rs. 50C (Rs .five hundred) only as honorarium should be afforded to her for which the Registrar of this Court is directed to make necessary payment of it to Smti Margaret. Lalrinsangi as early as possible. Apart from it, the services rendered by Smti Margaret Lalrinsangi are hereby recorded and kept on record.
