M. L. SINGHAL, J. ( 1 ) ORDER :- I have heard learned counsel for the accused applicant and the learned A. G. A. for the State. ( 2 ) THE applicant, is an elder brother of the husband of the deceased. There are general allegations of the demand of dowry. It has been argued on behalf of the applicant that the applicant is living separately. The marriage took-place 21/2 years age. ( 3 ) THE accused applicant Lal Singh in Case Crime No. 198 of 1998 under Sections 304-B, 201, 498-A, 302, I. P. C. and 3/4 D. P. Act, P. S. Diviyapur, District Auraiya shall be admitted to bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate concerned. .
