M. L. SINGHAL, J. ( 1 ) ORDER :- I have heard learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. ( 2 ) THE occurrence is night occurrence. Three persons are said to have caused injuries by fire-arm but only one firearm injury has been found on the person of the deceased. ( 3 ) THE accused-applicant Ganga Ram in Case Crime No. 351 of 1998 under Section 302, I. P. C. , P. S. Bahedi, District Bareilly shall be admitted to bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate concerned. ORDER accordingly. .
