JUDGMENT 1. - Learned counsel Shri Rastogi places on record the photo stat copy of the judgment and order dated 14.10.1998 passed by this Court (Dr. B.S. Chouhan, J.) in writ petition No. 557 and 558 of 1998 and submits that this petition be also disposed of in terms of the aforesaid judgment. 2. In view of the above this petition is also disposed of with the direction that the respondent-Bank should calculate the amount of interest on yearly basis and not half yearly or quarterly and issue the statement of outstanding dues to the petitioners within a period of six weeks from today and the petitioners shall pay the amount of outstanding dues so calculated by the Bank within a period of four months thereof. 3. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.Petition disposed of. *******
