JUDGMENT 1. -Heard. Perused the case diary/copy of challan papers made available for perusal. This is bail application under section 439 Cr.P.C. and the accusation against the accused-applicants is for the offences under sections 302, 364, 323, 392 IPC. It is stated by the counsel for the accused-petitioners that the names of the petitioners do not appear in the FIR. Statements of the witnesses were recorded after 45 days of the occurrence when the names of the accused-petitioners have been mentioned in the statement. According to him these are improvements in the statements. 2. Upon consideration of overall facts and circumstances of the case and taking into account the oral arguments advanced by both the sides. I think it proper to enlarge the accused-applicants on bail. 3. Therefore, this bail application is allowed and it is ordered that the applicants namely Bhagirath S/o Ram Jat & Resham Singh S/o Mohan Singh, Majbi Seth R/o 9 L.M., Teh. Anupgarh Distt. Sri Ganganagar be enlarged on bail provided each of them executes personal bond for a sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand only) and furnishes two sound and solvent sureties for the sum of Rs. 25,000/- each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Anupgarh for their appearance before that Court on each and every date of hearing and whenever called upon to do so till the completion of the trial.Bail application accepted. *******
