The role assigned to the accused-applicant is that he caught hold of the deceased and co-accused gave fatal blow. 3. The accused-applicant Sunil in Case Crime No. 439 of 1998, under Sec tions 302 and 201, I. P. C. , P. S. Vijay nagar, District Ghaziabad shall be admitted to bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate concerned.
