M. L. SINGHAL, J. I have heard the learned Counsel for the accused-applicant and the learned A. G. A. for the State. 2. Three accused persons are said to have fired on the deceased, but only one fire-arm injury has been received by the accused- applicant. 3. The accused-applicant Shyam Narain Yadav alias Pappu in Case Crime No. 242 of 1998 under Section 302 I. P. C. , PS. Colonelganj, District Kanpur Nagar, shall be admitted to bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Kanpur Nagar. Bail granted. .
