JUDGMENT This revision under section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure is directed against the order dated 27.3.96 passed by the Additional Civil Judge, Class-II, Murwara in Civil Suit No. 30-A/95, rejecting the application of the applicant under section 151 of the CPC for taking on record the second written statement. The amendment sought for was with regard to the withdrawal of admission made earlier in the written statement, which is not permissible under the law. The petition is dismissed accordingly.
