JUDGMENT 1. - This State appeal is directed against the judgment dated 16.9.1981 passed by the reasoned C.J.M., Bhawara, acquitting the accused-respondent herein of the offence under section 7/16 of the Prevention of Food Adulteration Act on account of non-compliance of R. 14 of the said Act. 2. I have heard reasoned public prosecutor and reasoned counsel appearing for the respondent, and also perused the record. I have also read the statement of Food Inspector. He has of-course stated that the bottles were clean but he has not said whether they were dried or not. In view of the aforesaid, the finding of the reasoned Magistrate is pertencry justified. 3. Consequently, the appeal seeing devoid of force is rejected.Appeal dismissed. *******
