JUDGMENT This revision under section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure is directed against the order dated 27.1.1997 passed by the Addl. Civil Judge, Class-II, Murwara in Civil Suit No. 30-A/95, rejecting the application of the applicant under Order 6, Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure for amendment of the written statement. The amendment sought for is with regard to the withdrawal of the admission made earlier in the written statement, which is not permissible under the law. The revision is accordingly rejected.
