JUDGMENT : 1. In pursuance of the directions contained in the order dated January 20, 1998, Shri Rajeev Dhawan, the learned amicus curiae, has filed the list of plots and persons in respect of irregular allotments made by respondent No. 7 as per the findings of the Enquiry Commission. The said list is Annexure II to the letter of Shri Dhavan dated February 15, 1998. The said list be forwarded to the Director, C.B.I. 2. An additional affidavit of respondent No. 7 has been filed wherein illegalities committed by respondents Nos. 4, 5, 6 and 8 and Shri S.C. Tripathi in the matter of allotments have been mentioned. As regards the allegations made against Shri Bijendra Sahay, respondent No. 8, it has been pointed out that his explanation has been found to be satisfactory by the State Government and that the complaint alleging gross irregularities in allotment of land in Noida by respondents Nos. 4 and 5 and Shri S.C. Tripathi has been referred to the Chairman, Board of Revenue to inquire into the said allegations by the State Government under order dated July 18, 1997. The Chairman of the Board of Revenue is in seisin of the said matter. It is directed that a copy of the affidavit filed by respondent No. 7 may be sent to the Chairman, Board of Revenue. He would take into consideration the allegations that have been made in the said affidavit of respondent No. 7. The Chairman, Board of Revenue would complete the inquiry expeditously, preferably within a period of three months, and after completing the inquiry shall submit a copy of the Inquiry Report in this Court. 3. List after three months.
