(1) I.A. No. 18 Learned counsel for respondent No. 14 applicant herein prays for time to file a better affidavit disclosing the inventory of equipment/machinery at the plant and other details. Two weeks time, as prayed for, is granted for the purpose. I.A. No. 19 (2) WE have heard learned counsel for the parties. The C.B.I, is directed to permit the inspection to the applicant or his Parokar, of such record, as is in its possession including the files, ledgers, receipts etc. belonging to the company to enable the applicant to file a detailed affidavit. The applicant or his Parokar shall appear before the Investigation Officer of the C.B.I, on 30/03/1999 at 11.00 A.M. for the said purpose. (3) TIME for filing the detailed affidavit by the applicant respondent No. 14 is, accordingly, extended by five weeks. (4) I.A. No. 19 is disposed of. I.A. No. 20 (5) ISSUE notice to the learned Amicus as well as to the learned counsel for the C.B.I. (6) POST the matter after five weeks.
