JUDGMENT 1. - Heard. Perused the available record. 2. Mr. Shishodia points out that the offence under section 5 of the Explosive Substances Act, 1908 is punishable with five years imprisonment as the other sentence of transportation for a term of 15 years has been omitted vide Section 53-A of the IPC. He further points out that the petitioner had been arrested in a similar case by Assam Police wherein he has been granted bail by the Gauhati High Court vide order dated 15.2.1999. 3. Taking into consideration, all the facts and circumstances of this case, I feel inclined , to enlarge the accused-petitioner on bail. 4. I, therefore,. accept this bail application and order that petitioner Bansi Lal shall be released on bail provided he executes his personal bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty thousand) with two sureties in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand) each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court with the stipulation to appear before that Court on each and every date of hearing and whenever ordered to do so till the completion of the trial.Bail allowed. *******
