Allahabad which is a purely private institution and moreover a minority institution. Hence no writ lies against it. Moreover, the petitioners prayer is not to start Class XI of I. C. S. E. and C. B. S. E. Board and further not to change school dress of the students. These matters cannot be gone into by this court as these are matters to be decided by the College Management at its discretion. The petition is dismissed. .
