JUDGMENT 1. -Heard. 2. Perused the available record. 3. Mr. Acharya points out that out of two eye-witnesses, one has been examined by the trial Court and his statement indicates that the petitioner had not caused injuries to the deceased. He further points out that the trial Court has ordered that the other eye-witness shall not, be summoned by the Court as he has left for Pakistan. 4. Public Prosecutor opposes the application 5. Taking into consideration, all the facts and circumstances of this case, I feel inclined to enlarge the accused-petitioner(s) on bail. 6. I therefore, accept this bail application and order that petitioner-Balwant Singh S/o Deep Chand shall be released on bail provided he executes his personal bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand) and furnishes one surety/two sureties in the sum of Rs. 10.000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court with the stipulation to appear before that Court on each and every date of hearing and whenever ordered to do so till the completion of the trial.Bail allowed. *******
