ORDER 1. Learned counsel for the State of West Bengal submits that he shall file the status report during the course of the day today. He submits that a copy has already been given to the learned counsel for the Union of India as also to the learned counsel for the petitioner. The Additional Solicitor General appearing for the Union of India submits that after considering the status report filed by the State of West Bengal, the Union of India shall file a detailed status report within two weeks. We grant the prayer.
