JUDGMENT 1. -Heard. Perused the available record. 2. Mr. Chundawat points out that the FIR has been lodged 11 months after the alleged occurrence despite the fact that husband knew that the wife had gone with the petitioner. 3. Taking into consideration, all the facts and circumstances of this case, I feel inclined to enlarge the accused-petitioner on bail. 4. I, therefore, accept this bail application and order that petitioner-Sanjay Kumar alias Sanjay Bhai S/o Budha Bhai, shall be released on bail provided he executes his personal bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) and furnishes two sureties in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court with stipulation to appear before that Court on each and every date of hearing and whenever ordered to do so till the completion of the trial.Petition allowed. *******
