JUDGMENT : I.A. No. 20 1. An affidavit has been filed by Mr. V.K. Tiwari, as verified on 28th April, 1999. We have perused the affidavit and also examined the record. The affidavit is vague and does not give the information that was sought for from Mr. V K Tiwari. We are not inclined to consider the application for bail (I.A. No. 20) unless complete disclosure is made by Mr. V K Tiwari. 2. List the matter after three months during which period detailed affidavit making full disclosure be filed. I.A. No. 16 and 21 3. List these applications along with I.A. No. 20. Renewal of F.D.Rs. 4. The F.D.Rs., which are to expire on 25th June, 1999 and 11th July, 1999 shall be renewed for a further period of six months' each. Audit Report 5. A copy of the Audit Report may be supplied to M/s. I.M. Nanavati Associates under rules on payment.
