(1) IT transpires that in course of hearing of this special Leave Petition, the respondent took an objection that against the order of the learned single judge an appeal lies to Division Bench and, therefore, this Court called upon the petitioner to file a Letters Patent Appeal in the High Court. Pusuant to the aforesaid observation, the petitioner has filed a Letters Patent Appeal which is pending in the High Court and has not been disposed of as yet. The High Court is requested to take up the L.P.A and dispose it of on its own merits at an early date. (2) PUT up this matter after eight weeks.
