( 1 ) THE Superintendent of Police, CBI has sent in a sealed cover the second status report incorporating the progress of investigation so far made. A request is made for extension of three months time to complete the investigation. We grant the prayer. Time is extended by three months. The second status report shall be kept in a sealed cover.
