JUDGMENT 1. -Heard. Perused the record. 2. Manoj Co-accused used to sell some consumables in the Mohalla wherein Kumari Manju used to live with her parents and younger brothers and sisters. The two allegedly developed friendship with each other. One day when the parents of Kumari Manju were away to their fields, she left with Manoj Co-accused. The two went to Ganganagar and then to Abohar in Punjab. They lived there together for some time, Manoj allegedly raped on her there. During their stay at Abohar the present applicant Arvind Singh came in contact with Kumari Manju. Manoj Co-accused is alleged to have deserted Kumari Manju. The present applicant then took her to Delhi and from Delhi to Firojabad, where both of them stayed for about two months. Kumari Manju was recovered from a house in Firojabad. 3. Kumari Manju was found between 15 to 17 years of age by the doctor examining her for age. She was also found to have been habitual to sexual intercourse. 4. Keeping in view all the facts and circumstances of the case, I feel inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. 5. I, therefore, accept this bail application and order that petitioner-Arvind Singh S/o Ram Singh by caste Yadav be released on bail provided he executes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- and furnishes two sureties in the sum of Rs. 7,500/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court with the stipulation to appear before that Court on each and every date of hearing and whenever ordered to do so till the completion of the trial.Bail application allowed. *******
