JUDGMENT 1. - Heard. 2. Deceased-Gumnaram was the son of the present applicant, Joga Ram. The case of the prosecution is that on the auspicious occasion of Holi Festival, the deceased had consumed a lot of liquor. He was taken to his house by Mangla Ram and at his house, the applicant had been beaten with lathies. Mangla Ram's statement was read over to me. He has stated that the deceased had fallen on the ground and sustained injuries on his head. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor pointed out that the deceased had sustained as many as 20 injuries and that the applicant and the wife of the deceased had neither reported about the incident to the villagers nor had taken the deceased to hospital for treatment. The Post-mortem-examination report discloses that the injuries caused to the deceased were all, excluding two injuries, either abrasion or contusions. The deceased had died of head injuries. 4. Keeping in view all the facts and circumstances of the case, I feel inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. 5. I, therefore, accept this bail application and order that petitioner Joga Ram S/o Khangara Ram be released on bail provided he executes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- and furnishes two sureties in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court with the stipulation to appear before that Court on each and every date of hearing and whenever ordered to do so till the completion of the trial.Bail application allowed. *******
